Daniela holds a degree in Public Administration and began her professional career at one of the largest international consultancies (Big Four). She later joined another consultancy specializing in soft skills, where she served as a Global Coordinator working internationally. Throughout her career, Daniela has been deeply involved in project management, monitoring and evaluation, social research, and organizational strategies. Her experience in these areas reflects a strong commitment to organizational development and operational excellence.
Driven by a strong desire to contribute to the social and economic development of her country, Daniela decided to join MozYouth. She saw in MozYouth a unique opportunity to apply her skills and knowledge to empower young people, promoting initiatives aimed at improving the living conditions of this social group in Mozambique.
