Julieta Ubisse began her journey as a volunteer at the Grupo de Mulheres de Partilha de Ideias de Sofala (GMPIS), a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the social fabric of women. Driven by a desire to expand her contribution to the social sector, she joined the MozYouth Foundation.
Within the organization, she has been actively supporting human resources initiatives, working to implement programs that promote capacity building and the personal and professional growth of young people. Her daily commitment has been essential in strengthening and developing Mozambican youth in terms of employability.
