Nércia Alfainho began her career as a volunteer at the International Association of Students in Economic and Commercial Sciences (AIESEC), playing key roles in Recruitment and Selection, as well as Youth Training and Integration. Her commitment to youth development, empowering them to reach their full potential through innovative programs, led her to join MozYouth.
